2020 Accessible Trick or Treat Initiative
Halloween is just around the corner, and Accessible Trick or Treating is back for 2020 with special emphasis being placed on safety and social distancing!
After the success that the initiative saw in 2019, RE/MAX is excited to be participating again in 2020. This year’s goal is to have over 50,000 homes participate by placing Accessible Trick or Treating signs in their front yards and offering curb-side trick or treating on Halloween Night. Of course, there is no pressure to participate, but if you are, we encourage doing so safely and according to local provincial government recommendations.
Accessible Trick or Treating yard signs will be available in all participating Home Depot locations across Canada from October 10th, so be sure to encourage your friends, family, clients and neighbours to pick up their signs, place them in their yard and be ready to serve kids with mobility issues.
Be sure to visit www.treataccessibly.com to learn more about where and when signs will be available, as well as to access more ‘treat accessibly tips’ that you can share with your networks!
