How to Contact our Technology Department
We have recently acquired a ticket tracking software called Zendesk, which filters from firstname.lastname@example.org. Please use this e-mail address for all technology-related questions so we can ensure that you are responded to in a timely manner.
If you phone in to the Regional Head Office, Option 7 on our switchboard will allow you to leave messages that also filter into the Zendesk ticketing tracking software; thereby, placing you into the queue in the order in which your call was received.
