Lives Lived: Jack Wruth (RE/MAX Blue Chip Realty)
It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Jack Wruth, owner of RE/MAX Blue Chip Realty. Jack passed away on Thursday, September 7 at the Pasqua Hospital in Regina.
Jack was involved in his community at many levels.
Jack was with RE/MAX for 25 years. He was the co-broker/owner with his business partner, Doris Shank, for 12 years. Doris will continue to run both offices in Yorkton and Estevan, SK.
When Jack and Doris bought Yorkton’s RE/MAX Blue Chip Realty in 2005, their goals for the business were clear: elevate the professionalism of agents, emphasize ethics and morals, be profitable and have market share. Twelve years later, the agency has grown from a team of five to 33 sales associates, and its annual gross sales increased from $3.7 million to $155 million.
On Jack’s Memorial Page, many people have expressed their condolences:
“You have changed and touched so many lives, and all for the better. Your RE/MAX family will miss you horribly.”
“There are many outstanding people in the world and Jack ranks among the best. Loving, caring, generous and humble is the man I respected and admired.”
On Nov. 4, 2016, Jack announced that RE/MAX Blue Chip Realty was donating a house valued at $169,000 to The Health Foundation.
And last year, we shared one of the amazing things Jack had done for a woman in his community in our #BeyondtheBalloon video series:
