RE/MAX: “The Official Real Estate Agents of the NBA”

We are proud to share that as of today, we are the Official Real Estate Agents of the NBA as part of an exciting multi-year sponsorship with The National Basketball Association (NBA) in Canada.
This deal marks the first with a real estate brokerage brand and will allow the RE/MAX brand to reach and resonate with the NBA fanbase, increasing our brand favourability through unique content integrations, contests, and fan experiences and brand engagement. The 2.5-year deal will also focus on elevating our brand awareness with this target market through paid media integrations.
HOW TO LEVERAGE THIS PROGRAM IN YOUR BUSINESS:
All RE/MAX Brokers and Agents are permitted to use the partnership logo lockups in their marketing efforts, as well as the tagline “The Official Real Estate Agents of the NBA”. Please review the guidelines below before you begin.
- Brokers and Agents cannot manipulate the partnership lock up or the NBA logo in any way
- The lock up needs to be on a light/white background with clearance space around the logos
- If you wish to produce a product (merch, pens, clothing etc.) with the logo lockup, you will need to contact and we will connect you with an approved supplier of the NBA. Should you wish to print at your own supplier, you will need to complete a form and pay the royalty fees so they have the rights to use the logo.
- Printed paper products (flyers, post cards etc.) can be printed at your own supplier with the logo lock up. Please email lesleyb@remax.ca to get approval on your designs before going to print.
- You cannot create any social media posts that leverage this logo lock up, however you can share any of the content that originates from the RE/MAX Canada and NBA Canada pages.
- Pre-approved uses for the logo lockup: Email Signatures, Marketing Materials (postcards, flyers etc.), Agent/Office Websites

HERE’S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO SEE:
To kick off this exciting new sponsorship, we will be hosting The NBA ALL-STAR Sweepstakes contest, presented by RE/MAX.
Encourage your clients to participate so they can be entered to win an “All Expense Paid Trip for Two” to the 2023 All-Star Game in Salt Lake City, Utah in February, 2023!
In addition to contests, RE/MAX will also own two pillars on NBA Canada’s social channels to engage fans and increase awareness of the sponsorship.
“Who’s Got the Advantage?” presented by RE/MAX – will engage fans on NBA Canada’s social channels, allowing them to comment and vote on who they think has the advantage in key matchups each week. RE/MAX branding will be integrated in the creative and we can expect to see 4-7 posts per week on IG stories and 1-2 posts per week across Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
“Moves of the Week” presented by RE/MAX
Every Monday, the Weekly Standings will be sponsored by RE/MAX in a “Moves of the Week” activation on NBA Canada social media channels. This post will also highlight the leading home game record holders that week in both the east and west
Email Blasts
RE/MAX will be included in four email campaigns to NBA Canada database (approx. 700,000 fans) in the first year.
